Lakeside Aquatics Club

NISD is excited to offer year-round swimming to our community through Lakeside Aquatic Club, a third-party provider. 

LAC is the premier competitive swim team of North Texas and one of the top competitive swim programs in the USA.  They offer all levels of swimming from swim lessons to competitive swimming.  LAC regularly competes at the area, state and national levels.

LAC's professional staff develops swimmers on a step-by-step basis working on technical skills, building stamina and strength, and providing the necessary mental skills to allow swimmers to develop to the best of their abilities.  Each swimmer will have the opportunity to improve their skills and abilities in the pool and compete against other swimmers around the DFW area and state of Texas.
