Coach Pottorff's first experience with competitive swimming was in 1995 when she joined her high school team.  By 1998, she was a volunteer coach for the Mesquite Marlins TAAF team, and in 2003 she was hired on as the head coach.  After she graduated from BYU in 2004, she began teaching in Mesquite and in 2008 she was hired on to coach all 5 of the Mesquite ISD high schools.  She transferred to Northwest in 2013 to teach and coach.  During her time at Northwest, she has won 3 District Champions.  Coach Pottorff lives in Valley Ranch where she enjoys reading and riding her bike.
Brennan Lantzy
Narwhals Assistant Coach
Coach Lantzy began competitive swimming with the Keller Barracudas TAAF summer league team.  Since then, he has spent time with the Lakeside Aquatics Club (LAC), Trophy Club Tritons, and Byron Nelson High School's Varsity Swim Team.  Coach Lantzy spent two of his four years in high school as team captain, and had the honor of speaking at the NISD Aquatic Center's "First Splash" opening ceremony.  Additionally, he has been a district finalist, regional qualifier, and regional finalist for three high school seasons.  Coach Lantzy loves good food, lively practices, and fun music - essentially everything swimming - and is psyched to spend his summer with the Northwest Narwhal swimmers and coaches.
Megan Davis
