The Aquatic Center — with space to accommodate five high school swim teams — was designed on NISD’s central campus to provide the most convenient access for the district’s 234 square-mile boundaries. Partially funded by Texas Health Partners, NISD’s aquatic center will further the advancement of the district’s swimming and diving programs and offer a variety or community benefits including water safety courses, swimming lessons, first responder training and rehabilitation services.
